About me.

Professional Life:

I have always been a storyteller and loved writing from an early age. I found a deep appreciation for words, language and books, and followed that passion in my schooling, graduating with an Honors BA in English.

From there, I applied that passion and knowledge to my career and started working with Croud Inc. a global, full-service digital agency. I have been working with Croud for over 10 years and love creating for a wide range of brands and voices.

At World Atlas I was able to flex my research and factual based writing muscles. This platform hosts encyclopedia-style articles that cover a range of topics from science, to environment, history, travel, social studies and beyond. For me, environmental issues and travel are where I shine, because both are topics I am highly passionate about.

Pacifica Senior Living was different again from my previous experiences. Here, I was able to steer the identity and tone of voice of the company, crafting a strong sense of brand. I worked on creating new print and digital collateral for all 90+ unique senior living communities, video scripts, social campaign copy, print ads, a magazine, and oversaw the email campaign creation and implementation.

Personal Life:

I am originally born and raised just outside Toronto, Canada, but moved to San Diego in 2021.

Like in my professional life, I also love being creative in other ways. Crafting, painting, and baking are some of my other passions, and great outlets for more abstract creativity.

When not being creative I love getting outside. Being outdoors brings me to life, and I love that living in San Diego there are so many opportunities to enjoy this beautiful city.

I am a runner, vegan, animal lover, environmentalist, yoga lover, and strong supporter of local businesses & community.
